It can also handle labels of different shapes with heights up to 175 mm, meeting varied labeling needs.

Precision Application: The application technology used involves a plate controlled by a pneumatic cylinder to precisely pick up and apply labels to containers. This system ensures accurate application, even on uneven surfaces or plastic labels with a low coefficient of expansion.

Application to Cylindrical Surfaces: With the optional kit, labels can be applied to cylindrical containers. You can choose between the application mode of one or two labels, both placed on the same tape at a distance of about 2-3 mm. Application occurs automatically when the container is inserted between the rollers.

Advanced Options: The Marte Quadro-N SPECIAL can be equipped with a thermal transfer marker to print the lot number or expiration date on any type of label material. A centering photocell can also be added to ensure precise label alignment. The machine is further enhanced with a cart equipped with wheels to simplify its mobility.
