The Neptune 3 labeling machine, characterized by the presence of the thermal marker, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and represents an advanced solution for the application of self-adhesive labels and back labels on cylindrical containers of different sizes, with a diameter between 20 and 180 mm.

The sturdy structure of the machine is ensured by the rollers constrained on bushings at both ends, imparting reliability and durability. Labels and back labels must be placed on the same belt in sequence, with a spacing of about 2-3 mm, for optimum results.

Label application occurs automatically when the operator places the container on the designated rollers. With the included display, the operator can easily enter the container size, main label width and back label width. The micro-controller system automatically takes care of centering the back label.

The machine is equipped with a multifunction display that includes an automatic piece-counting function, ensuring accuracy in the labeling process. The machine's versatility is further enhanced by the possibility of mounting it on a cart, facilitating moving operations.

A distinctive feature of this version is the thermal transfer marker, which allows the batch number and expiration date to be printed directly on the label. In addition, the machine is equipped with a label tape backing rewinder, ensuring order and convenience during use.
