SELENIA-N SEMIAUTOMATIC LABELING MACHINE

Our semiautomatic glue labeling machine, model Selenia-N, is a prestige option for applying labels to cylindrical containers. Made of aluminum and AISI 304 stainless steel, this machine can accurately dispense square, rectangular and wrap-around labels on cylindrical containers ranging in diameter from 60 to 110 mm.

The "guillotine" container clamping system, with adjustable-tilt rollers, allows labeling bottles with moderate taper and applies 5 kg pressure to the container, ensuring excellent results. The trolley-mounted option with foot control facilitates opening the guillotine and inserting the container between the rollers.

Labeling is intuitive: whenever a container is placed on the specially designated rollers, a presence sensor automatically starts the labeling cycle.

The machine is equipped with two single-phase 230-volt motors. One of the motors starts the gluing roller and induces the rotation of the container, while the other motor drives the label pick-up system.

Convenience is ensured by the design. The glue cassette and glue roller are designed to be removable, allowing for quick and easy cleaning.

IDEAL CHOICE FOR THE SELENIA-N MODEL GLUE LABELING MACHINE:

- When the label to be applied is particularly thick or stiff. The increased pressure on the containers by the torsion springs improves label application.
- When the container is slightly conical. The swiveling guillotine system allows perfect adaptation of the rollers to the container surface without additional kits.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SELENIA-N MODEL GLUE LABELING MACHINE:

- When the label is less than 70 mm wide.
- When the diameter of the container to be labeled is less than 60 mm.
- When the diameter of the container to be labeled is more than 110 mm.
- When the container to be labeled is not rigid.
