SEMIAUTOMATIC GLUE LABELER SIRIO mod.1

Our semi-automatic glue labeling machine, model Sirio mod.1, has been designed with the aim of providing superior performance in the application of labels to cylindrical containers. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, this machine is capable of dispensing square, rectangular and even wrap-around labels, applying them with precision to cylindrical containers between 40 and 180 mm in diameter.

Structural solidity is ensured by the use of rollers constrained on bushings at both ends, giving the machine extra strength. The operation of the labeling machine is intuitive: each time a container is placed on the specially designated rollers, the operator presses a pedal that activates the process of taking the label from the magazine. Next, the glue is applied to the label, which wraps perfectly around the container itself.

The unit is equipped with two 230 Volt single-phase motors. One of the motors activates the glue roller and rotates the container, while the other motor, controlled by the operator via a foot pedal, controls the label pick-up roller.

Practicality is a key element in this labeller. The glue cassette and glue roller are designed to be removable, making the cleaning process quick and easy.

To ensure flawless application on light or small-diameter containers, the machine is equipped with a 'contrast roller'.
