SEMIAUTOMATIC GLUE LABELLER SIRIO mod.2

The semi-automatic glue labelling machine, model Sirio mod.2, has been designed to guarantee excellent performance in the application of labels to cylindrical containers. Manufactured using AISI 304 stainless steel, this machine is able to dispense square, rectangular and wrap-around labels, applying them with precision to any type of cylindrical container with a diameter between 40 and 180 mm. In addition, the machine can be customised to increase the maximum container diameter.

To give the machine greater strength, the rollers are constrained on bushings at both ends. Operation is intuitive: each time a container is placed on the designated rollers, a presence sensor automatically activates the labelling cycle.

The labeller is equipped with two 230 Volt single-phase motors. One of the motors starts the glue roller and induces the rotation of the container, while the other motor drives the label widthdrawal system.

Practicality is at the heart of the design. The glue cassette and glue roller are designed to be removable, simplifying the cleaning process, which can be carried out quickly and easily.

To ensure flawless application on lightweight or small-diameter containers, the machine is equipped with a 'contrast roller'.
