VEGA-N SEMIAUTOMATIC LABELING MACHINE

Our semiautomatic glue labeling machine, model Vega-N, represents excellence in the application of labels to cylindrical containers. This machine is designed to dispense square, rectangular and wrap-around labels with precision on cylindrical containers having a diameter between 60 and 110 mm.

Robustness is ensured by rollers constrained on bushings at both ends, giving the machine added strength. Labeling is intuitive: whenever a container is placed on the designated rollers, a sensor automatically activates the labeling cycle.

The machine is equipped with a centering photocell that allows, for already labeled bottles, the back label to be positioned centered with respect to the body label. This aspect guarantees a high-precision result.

The innovation is the presence of a stepper motor for label picking, which gives the machine greater precision and stability in positioning the back label. The electronic unit with microcontroller and multifunction display makes the operation of entering the container diameter and label width in millimeters an intuitive process. The machine automatically aligns the back label with respect to the already applied label.

Practicality is taken care of in the design. The glue drawer and glue roller are removable, allowing for quick and easy cleaning.

IDEAL CHOICE FOR THE VEGA-N MODEL GLUE LABELER:

- When the label to be applied is particularly thick or stiff. The increased pressure exerted on the containers by the torsion springs improves label application.
- When the container is slightly conical. The swivel guillotine system allows the rollers to adhere perfectly to the surface of the container, without the use of additional kits.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MODEL VEGA-N GLUE LABELER:

- When the label is less than 70 mm wide.
- When the diameter of the container to be labeled is less than 60 mm.
- When the diameter of the container to be labeled is more than 110 mm.
- When the container to be labeled is not rigid.
