The EME 180 N represents the compact and highly versatile version of the gluing machine series. Ideal for labels or sheets up to 180 mm wide, this machine is particularly suitable for the precise application of state marks.

The operator places the label under the spindle positioned in front of the gluing cylinder. The latter, thanks to its constant rotation, drags and pastes the label in a single operation, delivering it ready to the operator for final application. A dedicated device allows micrometric adjustment of the glue quantity, thus ensuring flawless gumming and optimal label cleaning.

Manufactured from high-quality materials, including steel, brass and ABS, the EME 180 N is distinguished by its robustness and reliability. Every component that comes into contact with the glue is designed with precise joints, simplifying the process of disassembly and reassembly without the use of tools. This clever feature greatly facilitates the cleaning of the gluing machine at the end of the working cycle, making it quick and uncomplicated.
