Automatic System for Applying Labels and State Marks

This device automatically removes individual labels from the balanced container by means of a rubber-coated roller. The labels are fed through a glue roller and presented to the operator in ready-to-apply mode. The start of the labelling process is controlled via a foot switch.

By means of a lever positioned on the side, the glue quantity regulation system can be activated. This feature makes it possible to apply exactly the required amount to the glue roller, thereby optimising the process. The speed at which labels are dispensed varies according to their size. However, the gear ratio can be adjusted to achieve a maximum output of 800 to 1000 labels per hour.

The labeller is manufactured using high-quality materials such as aluminium, steel and brass. Every component that comes into contact with the glue is designed to be easily disassembled without the use of tools. This feature simplifies and speeds up the cleaning of the machine at the end of the working cycle, while ensuring user safety.
