Automatic System for Applying Labels and State Marks

The machine is equipped with a dedicated label magazine, in which a group of labels is positioned. A pedal-operated motor rotates a rubber-coated roller that picks up a single label at a time, in preparation for the gluing process. A second, continuously rotating motor is connected to the glue roller.

The label is guided through an even layer of glue by a device that separates it from the roller. In this state, the label is ready to be applied with precision.

The entire machine structure is made entirely of stainless steel, with a frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel and mechanical parts made of aluminium and brass. The glue roller is made of extremely strong stainless steel.

All components that come into contact with the glue are designed to be easily disassembled without the need for tools, thus simplifying the cleaning operation, which can be carried out easily and quickly.
