This device is specially designed to apply glue to even small labels and state marks. Equipped with a label magazine, the machine accommodates a pack of labels in its housing. A motor, controlled by a foot pedal, sets a rubber-coated roller in motion, which picks up a single label at a time for the gluing process.

A second, continuously rotating motor is connected to the glue roller. Here, the label is pulled through an even layer of glue, thanks to a device that ensures its release from the roller. This prepares it flawlessly for the next application.

The structure of the entire machine is made entirely of stainless steel: the frame is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the mechanical parts are made of aluminium and brass. The glue roller is made of solid stainless steel.

All components that come into contact with the glue are designed to be disassembled without the use of tools, thus simplifying the cleaning operation, which can be carried out quickly and easily.
